If truth is true,
If lie is misleading,
If love is submission,
If hate is determination,
I will tell you everything
That we never said before.
It is my love letter
Written for You.

I was true to you
But I lied.
I loved you so much, that
I started hating plights.
It was the truth
Misleading me to submit
To the determination of never
Letting my love, love me back!

I was afraid;
You would never know
How much love hurts
When it ends on vague notes,
For love we had was not paired
You were white paper
I was invisible ink!
We were in but never together!

It's ironic to say
Love is cruel yet pleasant,
But I never wanted chaos
So I left it altogether,
Pleasure bid me adieu
So does your presence.
When you looked at me with love
I lost a bit of me in you forever.

It's fine, right
To say it was for the best
Or it wasn't meant to be,
But you know how my heart beats
When you still smile at me in dreams?
It's like rain on the longing desert
It's like a star blinking in darkness
Telling me how ironic love is!

You see, everything is vague
So is this letter.
Did I say it is about love?
Because it is not that,
It's about us.
We aren't in love, were we ever?
For a second, a brief moment?
You see! We denied together.
