Daily Bible Reading: Psalm 37-39, Acts 26
Psalm 37:1-4 (NKJV)
Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb.
Trust in the LORD, and do good, Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.
Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Psalm 39:6 (NKJV) Surely every man walks about like a shadow; Surely, they busy themselves in vain; He heaps up riches, And does not know who will gather them.
Acts 26:6-8 (NKJV) And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made by God to our fathers. To this promise, our twelve tribes, earnestly serving God night and day, hope to attain. For this hope's sake, King Agrippa, I am accused by the Jews. Why should it be thought incredible by you that God raises the dead?
