Attend MACo's Taste of Maryland Reception on Thursday of conference to sample everything Maryland has to offer!

MACo's Taste of Maryland Reception will be held on Thursday, August 18, from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm in Exhibit Hall C (ticket required). Join us to experience tasting samples from unique and exciting venues across Maryland. Learn more about tourism destinations and agritourism ventures. Sample items like eastern shore oysters, western Maryland cheese, central Maryland beer, and southern Maryland wine, and more! Check out the list of vendors below to see all of our offerings!

Participation from all 24 county jurisdictions is made possible by BGE, who offered generous grants to the counties to offset costs and enable more participation from small businesses across the state.

Allegany County – craft beer

Anne Arundel County – bagel chips, granola, cold brew coffee, jelly/jam

Baltimore City – still and draft mead and lemon sticks

Baltimore County – wine

Calvert County – assorted flavor kettle corn

Caroline County – Crabby Cashews, Crabby Pecans, and Crabby Peanuts

Carroll County – cookies and wine

Cecil County – beef sticks and cheese

Charles County – Snakehead Bites

Dorchester County – cold sweet corn salad and wine

Frederick County – popcorn and mead

Garrett County – cheese curds and cheese samples

Harford County – Cold brew coffee and blueberry and peach scones

Howard County – bourbon pecan bar bites, mini cupcakes, and coconut macaroon bites

Kent County – sourdough pretzel bites and protein 'cricket' bombs

Montgomery County – beer samples from multiple local breweries

Prince George's County – wine samples

Queen Anne's County – chilled crab salad and beer samples

Somerset County – smith island cake samples

St. Mary's County – plain and cinnamon cider

Talbot County – oysters on the half shell

Washington County – macarons, cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickles, beef sticks, basil, beer samples, and wine samples

Wicomico County – pie samples

Worcester County – crab balls, tartar sauce, and baked peach dumplings

The 2022 MACo Summer Conference will take place at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, MD, from August 17-20. This year's theme is "Taking Care of Business."
