Not really, but for an afternoon, yes. My husband is trying to record a tutorial for his video game that is coming out on November 3rd (yay!!!) and it requires…silence as you can imagine. While he does the hundreth take. I had planned to make fish chowder tonight for dinner and was about to get started on it when he sheepishly came out to the kitchen and said “my mic unfortunately picks up every noise. I can do the dishes later” thinking me getting the soup pot out of the dishwasher was me doing chores. I asked if he'd rather me take myself out of the house for dinner and to get myself out of the house so I'm not a) trapped in another room all night in the house so he can record, or b) making noises inadvertently that would disturb his recording. He said yes if I don't mind. I don't mind. I work from home most days and honestly relish getting out of the house after feeling trapped inside for multiple days at a time.
